Before you organize your life, let's organize your thoughts.
This reset was created for the moments when everything feels a little "too much."
Not because you are failing — but because you are full.
Take a deep breath.
You do not need to solve your entire life today.
Today you only need to create space.
Begin When You Are Ready.
Before We Begin
Filling Your Cup
Everyone tells you to fill your cup. But what happens when it's been filled with the wrong things?
We talk endlessly about filling our cups — pouring into ourselves, protecting our energy, making sure we have enough. And all of that is true.
But here's what we don't talk about as often: a full cup isn't always a healthy one.
What if your cup has been quietly filling with resentment you never named? With obligations you never chose? With other people's expectations, old grief, unprocessed fear, the weight of trying to hold everything together while no one holds you?
A cup full of the wrong things will overflow too — just not in ways that feel like abundance. It overflows into exhaustion. Into snapping at the people you love. Into numbness. Into the feeling that something is off but you can't quite name it.
That's not failure. That's your body and soul telling you: this needs to be emptied before it can be refilled.
Not to fix you. Not to optimize you. But to help you pour out — intentionally — so that when you are filled again, it can be with things that actually nourish you.
"You cannot pour from a full cup either — not if what's in it was never meant to be yours."
— Ashanti Reeves

Section Two
The Everything Dump
Write down everything.
— Every thought
— Every pressure
— Every goal
— Every fear
— Every unfinished task
— Every dream
— Every worry
— Every idea
Permission Slip It does not have to be in order. It does not have to make sense. Just go — until you have nothing left.
The Everything Dump — continued
Keep going.
I know you got more in you.
The Everything Dump — continued
There is still more in you.
Don't stop now.
The Everything Dump — continued
You sure that's all?
Sit with it a moment. Then turn the page.
The Everything Dump — one more layer
Whatever came up when you paused — write it here.
A Prayer Before We Sort
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Section Three
Sorting the Mind
You've released. Now we make sense of it.
Go back to what you wrote and sort it — not to fix everything, but to understand what is actually yours to carry.
Sorting the Mind — 01 of 06
What can I control?
And why does that feel important right now?
Sorting the Mind — 02 of 06
What can I release?
And why have I been holding it?
Sorting the Mind — 03 of 06
What needs time?
And why am I struggling to give it time?
Sorting the Mind — 04 of 06
What needs action?
And what has been stopping me from moving on it?
Sorting the Mind — 05 of 06
What is draining me?
And why am I still allowing it space?
Sorting the Mind — 06 of 06
What is calling me forward?
And what would it feel like to finally answer that call?

Section Four
The Clarity Reset
If everything disappeared except what truly mattered… what would remain?
And why does that remain when everything else falls away?

The Season Check-In
Every season of life asks something different of you. Let's get honest about where you actually are — not where you think you should be.
The Season Check-In — 01 of 05
What season do I think I'm in?
And does that season match how I've been treating myself?
The Season Check-In — 02 of 05
What feels heavy right now?
And how long have I been carrying it without naming it?
The Season Check-In — 03 of 05
What feels unfinished?
And is it truly unfinished — or am I afraid of what finishing it means?
The Season Check-In — 04 of 05
What do I need more of?
And what has been keeping me from it?
The Season Check-In — 05 of 05
What do I need less of?
And what am I afraid will happen if I actually let it go?

Section Six
The Reset Ritual
A reset is not just mental — it lives in your body. Choose one or more rituals to mark this moment as intentional. Something that says to your nervous system: this is different. I am tending to myself.

What am I ready to stop carrying?
And what will I make room for once I put it down?

Before We Close
A Note to Self
Write a letter to yourself — from a version of you that has already made it through this season. What do they want you to know? What are they proud of? What do they need you to hear? What do they wish someone had told you when you were right where you are now?
Your Letter Begins Here
Dear me,

A Letter From Me to You
You were never meant to carry everything at once.
Clarity is not something you force.
It is something that returns when you finally make room for it.
This is your reminder:
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to reset.
You are allowed to begin again…
And again.
With love, Ashanti
